The hotel is conveniently located near the mountains and not too far from panoramic ruins, offering a variety of delicious meals.

Our deluxe queen room was tastefully decorated where like on the pictures. Its design was modern, and it included a work desk and a TV set. Loved the location down from the mountain. In the evening we went to Grand Restaurant Saranda, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Brand new beautiful hotel with an amazing pool and breathtaking view. The rooms were sparkling clean, creating a refreshing and inviting atmosphere. The manager's visionary approach was evident, ensuring a wonderful stay. The hard-working waiter went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The staff as a whole was extremely friendly and always ready to assist. The availability of delicious food and nice drinks was a pleasant surprise. Service by the poolside was a delightful touch. In case of an injury, the hotel promptly provided medical supplies and arranged a transfer to the hospital. Despite the surroundings not being impressive, the hotel offered a safe and secluded haven. our experience at this hotel was outstanding, and we are eager to return. Many thanks to everyone.

The hotel offers a really comfortable overall experience. It is an upscale brand-new hotel with absolutely breathtaking views over the sea. The location is great, only a 10-minute walk from the centre.

Conveniently located near a hilltop castle 🏰. the new-style double room had really comfy beds. the staff were so nice and friendly!

I liked the clean twin room, it matched the pictures and was nicely organized.

Stayed with family and friends for 8 nights. Great hotel with perfect staff! The room was clean, with a nice view from the terrace. The breakfast had a variety of options, and the swimming pool was great. The restaurant served delicious food and refreshing drinks. If we return to Saranda, Art hotel will be our choice. We stayed at this hotel for a week and it was perfect for our beach vacation. The sea view from our balcony was breathtaking and the pool area was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety to choose from. We loved the Mediterranean style of the hotel and the cleanliness of our room. a fantastic experience with great value for money!
